Tell me about enterprises, but don’t just tell me about what you see from the outside. I want to hear about the people, their stories, joys and struggles, the past and above all the future. Let me discover that simple, unique ingredient at the heart of every enterprise: life.
A journey to the heart of “enterprise culture”.
Our intention is to create something that is free, without conditions based on results; a kind of workshop that gathers suggestions, ideas, reflections, stories and any other element that helps to further the culture of enterprise.
The focus is always on enterprise.
We always want to learn about enterprises and help others do the same.
We firmly believe that the word “enterprise” has no limits with regards to size, product category or direction so long as it’s professional, well organised, profitable and produces something great that supports and improves the quality of life and meets a need, for example with a product or service that didn’t previously exist, or by improving something that already exists and realises the tiny miracle of a new discovery, a new frontier.
To do this, to do something that is liked by the instigator as well as by others the enterprise must be a combination of head, heart, passion and talent, and above all maximise the value of the human factor.
The human factor
Human qualities are the real added value.
Human qualities are the real added value, the H factor. We’re here to find a human “boost”. We’re drawn to people who culturally have something similar to us, to people with a marked H side.
The human factor is the most important for us. Businesses are made up of people.
Continually creating a culture within businesses is inextricably linked to the people who “make” the business, whatever their level. We’re fascinated by people, their work and their stories. And we will tell their stories.
We’re sold on enterprise storytelling.
Storytelling seems to be the right way to convey the value of a business. Without any theoretical superfluities or ideological filters, telling the story of a business from all sides – strategic, tactical, technical, emotional – means conveying the entrepreneurial culture that was born, lives and evolves within that business. We’re sold on enterprise storytelling; we couldn’t imagine life without it now. We’ve already told the stories of several entrepreneurial adventures, we call it envisioning.
Stories of [ad]ventures
The brightest and most hopeful aspects of future entrepreneurship
Nine thrilling entrepreneurial adventures molded into short stories by brilliant writers, collected in a splendid volume.
We decided that young people were a great place to start for a book called corporate [g]ripping stories.
We have launched a national literary contest that is open to all schoolchildren in Italian schools and invites them to write stories inspired by business and its values.
The ten best stories by the children are published side by side with stories written by the nine businesspeople that joined the project and were assisted by professional authors.

Every entrepreneur has a real dream
We devised a very special book in 2014: #suspendedbook (#librosospeso), a modern-day tale that recounts the business adventure of an enterprising young bookseller. Her story is emblematic: it talks about every entrepreneur who has a real dream and by pursuing this dream manages to change the world maybe a little bit (but what does little really mean in the immensity of the universe?).
